CANCELLATION POLICY

By booking an appointment with The Braid Bar HTX, you agree to the following: • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total and may be required to pay in full when booking future appointments. • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one (1) time when rescheduling with at least 48 hours’ notice. • All completed services are final. The Braid Bar HTX does not offer refunds on services that have been completed. • If you have a concern regarding your service, you must notify The Braid Bar HTX within 48 hours of your appointment. Approved workmanship concerns will be corrected at no additional charge during the complimentary 48-hour adjustment period. • Clients must allow The Braid Bar HTX the opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the original service before requesting any other resolution. • Requests to change the style, size, length, fullness, parting, curl placement, or other personal preferences after the service has been completed are considered a new service and are not covered under the complimentary adjustment policy. • Client-requested modifications made before or during the appointment may affect the final appearance or longevity of the style. The Braid Bar HTX is not responsible for dissatisfaction resulting from changes requested by the client. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation or a late fee, depending on the service scheduled. • Please arrive with your hair prepared according to your booking instructions. Failure to do so may require add-on services or appointment rescheduling. • House call appointments require a clean, safe, and distraction-free workspace. Travel fees are non-refundable once travel has begun. • By submitting your deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these policies. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, The Braid Bar HTX reserves the right to provide booking records, payment records, appointment history, photographs, written communications, and any other relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution to verify that services were provided in accordance with these policies. The Braid Bar HTX reserves the right to refuse service if booking requirements are not met.
